If you do something with half effort you had better expect half results. You will only get out what you put in. The way to create or manifest what you want it is to give it your best every time.
You have to know what you want in order to get what you want. Do you want to be thinner, have more money, get your degree? Whatever you are aiming for, you can have and you are far more likely to obtain it, or be it or have it, if you can see it! Cut out pictures of what you want. Jim Carey did this with a check. He wrote himself a $20 Million check and just a few months later he was offered the role in “The Cable Guy” for $20 Million which is said to be a big part of the law of attraction. He believed it and he received it. Believing it is easy when you already have a picture of it as if it already exists.
There are only two fears that exist. Real fears and fake fears. Most of us have fears about things that aren’t even real. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of success, etc. These are not real fears. They are imaginary things we make up in our heads about what would happen if. In this episode you are given the tools to say farewell to fear!
Stay in the moment. Stress is created by reflection or projection. This moment is the only one that matters. Success is Simple. Use your time wisely by maximizing and utilizing every possible moment to work towards your goal. Now is how to get what you want and live stress free.
Find what you love and the money will follow. When you do what you love every day you will wake up and start the day with passion and enthusiasm. Everyone has something they love and are passionate about. Also when you follow that passion everything will fall right into place. No more forcing the square peg into the round hole. When you find your passion you will take action and will be amazed at how simple it is to have what you want.
The most important thing about a goal, is having one. Quotes from famous people, Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, Donald Trump, Michael Jordan, etc. Explain the importance of having a goal using the information in the first chapter of my book The 7 Secrets to Create Your Fate. Successful people don’t just end of successful they first set a goal and then do the work to obtain or achieve it.
I like to keep life simple. There are enough things in life that I can’t control or influence, that are complicated enough so I say keep it simple where you can. That is why I wrote the book titled The 7 Secrets to Create Your Fate. What you are about to read is the cliff notes, if you want the full version you can get the book at your favorite bookstore or online at Borders, Barnes and Noble, or Amazon.com. You can also get it on my website or you can download the audiobook or ebook on my website www.sharspeaks.com.
Step One: Knowin’ Where You’re Goin’ The first step to success is to know what you want. This means if you don’t know where you want to go, you will likely end up somewhere else. Think about the optimal desired end result. When you know where you want to go write it down. And that is all there is to step one.
Step Two: MAP’in. MAP stands for make-a-plan. Just knowing where you want to go won’t get you there. Antoine de Saint-Exupery who was a Writer, Pilot and World War II hero said a goal without a plan is just a wish. Just like driving or going on a trip somewhere. If you don’t have a MAP or a set of directions to get you from here to there, you are likely to have a very long and bumpy ride. If you fly by the seat of your pants, you better expect turbulence. Put together some basic step by step instructions to get you from here to there. That doesn’t mean be rigid and not be willing to change them around here and there, but any successful person will tell you that success is achieved in planning.
Step Three: Passion Equals Action. If you are passionate about what you want then you will take action to get it. If you find yourself not “doing” anything to reach your goal then you likely don’t have a strong desire to obtain it. Perhaps you are doing it to meet the expectations of someone else or you are living someone else’s dream. You don’t have to have passion for what you want but it certainly helps to keep your momentum going and get you through those tough or trying times. Give some thought to the things you are passionate about. Think about the perfect job for you and how could spend your day doing something you love and be excited to get up in the morning and go to work. It’s amazing how work doesn’t so much feel like work when you are doing what you love and have passion for.
Step Four: Lessin’ Your Stressin’. Most people get stressed out when they are giving their time and attention to one of two things, the past or the future. If you take a deep breathe, slow down and get present, you will lessin’ your stressin’. When you get in the moment you are better able to resolve issues because you are dealing with reality. Now is reality, tomorrow is fiction. It’s fiction because it doesn’t exist yet so don’t project into tomorrow. Whatever you are thinking about is not real its just your imagination about what might come next. That makes it fiction not reality. Right now, write down what needs to be done, that’s called a things to do list. Then do the things on the list most important first and least important last. Simply staying in the moment and writing a things to do list will lessin’ your stressin’.
Step Five: Say Farewell to Fear. There are two types of fears in this world. Real fears and fake fears. Real fears are things that could literally cause you physical harm or death. Fake fears are things that only exist in our head. For example, fear of rejection is a fake fear. Rejection is a matter of perception. Fear of Failure is another fake fear. There is no such thing as failure. You likely learned something from the experience, so it was an opportunity to learn, not a failure. One way to know if you are being held back due to a fake fear is ask yourself these two questions. Could “x” cause me physical harm? Could “x” cause me to die? Chances are the answer to both those questions is no and if that is the case you are looking at fake fears. You really have nothing to lose so, take a deep breath and just do it!
Step Six: What You Believe Is What You’ll Receive. If you say you can or you say you cant you’re right! Think about the things you say or the thoughts you have. Are they empowering or destructive? If you believe you can do something then it is far more likely that you will achieve it. However, the same goes for those negative can’t do thoughts as well. To help you believe you CAN have what you want create what I call a visual map. Cut out picture of a house and put a picture of you in the window. I have a check for $1 million from a publisher. I took a real $100 check I’d received and added some zeros by matching the font on my computer and printing it out and pasting it. Then I made a copy and hung it over my bed so it’s the first and last thing I see every day. Now that you can see, you will believe it!
Step Seven: Manifest Your Best. Do your best every single day. Always give 100% of what you are capable of. Something to help you is what I call the 3 C’s to Succcess. They are Commit, Communicate and Create. Get committed to what you want. Think of it as a legal binding agreement. Once you take that approach you will know if you are really in, or not. If not, that’s okay but at least you can move on to something that you really do want. Once you decide that you are 100% committed then you communicate. Tell everyone you know what you are doing. Write it down, read it out loud, tell other people, email them, fax them, etc. The more people you tell about what you are working towards the more accountable you will be. If you keep it quiet and to yourself, you are setting yourself up for failure. Why would you not tell anyone? So that when you don’t reach it, you don’t feel like an oaf. You will work much harder to reach your goal if everyone you know, knows about it.
And those are The 7 Secrets to Create Your Fate. They are fast, simple steps to help you reach your goal and be, do and have everything you ever wanted!

Have you ever done something just to later look back and wonder “what was I thinking?” I know I have and I’m pretty sure everyone has at some point in their lives. You know the old adage, hindsight is 20/20. Or, how about “if I knew then what I know now" I would have done things differently.
What if I told you that there is a sure fire way to make better decisions? Do you think that could change your life? Here’s the thing, I can’t change your life for you. I can only give you the tools so you can change your own life, but ultimately you are the one that must do the doing.
Every choice we make has a consequence. Sometimes the consequences are good and sometimes they’re not. More importantly, sometimes we don’t realize or think about our choices or decisions until the damage is done. At which point we have to suffer the consequences which later leads to regret. How can you learn to exercise better judgment without making painful mistakes that could have been avoided in the first place?
Here are five things you can do to make better decisions.
1.10 second rule- Before you react to anything stop and count to ten slowly. This means when someone says something that you want to rip their head off for just stop. Inhale for a count of five and exhale for a count of five. Just that right there will have elevated your consciousness and provided you with the opportunity to respond wisely versus reacting emotionally.
2.Video tape test- Before you engage in an act that you might possibly regret later, think about this. If your actions were caught on videotape and sent to your mother would you be proud? If whatever you are doing showed up on YouTube or the evening news and everyone you knew and everyone you didn’t know were to see it, would you be embarrassed or would you be proud? Sometimes we don’t think before we do and then later wish we could undo it altogether. But unfortunately, you can’t undo the past but you can make better choices in the present by being present.
3.Child test- Many times we don’t have our best interest in mind. Many times we don’t hold ourselves in high regard. How can we learn to respect ourselves? Try this. Before you instantly say yes or no or allow someone to treat you badly, ask yourself “would this be good enough for my child?” Even if you don’t have or want children this method can help. Somehow we as human beings accept less or allow things that would never be acceptable our child. Be your own parent and nurture your own inner child. Then decide if what you are doing or allowing is acceptable for you.
If you utilize these three tools I guarantee you will make better choices, have more proud moments and far fewer regrets.
Go with the flow. Choose flow over force. That’s a nice concept, isn’t it? If going with the flow is so much better and easier than forcing things to happen then why is it that we spend so much time forcing the square peg into the round hole?
It has always been my experience that things work out so much better, almost as if it was somehow predisposed, when we let things just fall into place. Even so, how do you do that when you are vested in something? I remember once upon a time I heard the author, Wayne Dyer say be open to everything and attached to nothing. Sounds interesting, but how do we do that?
For starters when you notice things aren’t going the way you want them to, stop and take a deep breath. Awareness is essential. You first have to commit to the idea that you have to be aware and acknowledge when things aren’t going the way you want them to. Then you must be willing take the step back.
There is an old book by the title of Path of Least Resistance by Robert Fritz. It exemplifies this better than anything else I’ve ever read. When we take the path of least resistance it’s like water running down a mountain. It just flows. Nature and gravity simply take care of everything.
Another great example of this is in the e-book entitled The Power Pause by John Harricharan. Life has a way of working itself out when we give up a little “control.” Trust me, I know better than anyone how hard it is to stop in the middle of something, even when it isn’t going smoothly, to take a deep breath and walk away. However, every time I do, the right answer or the solution to the problem presents itself.
At the end of the day remember one or both of these phrases, then do them! Go with the flow, or take the path of least resistance. You will be more relaxed, get more done, and you will be glad you did.
